Service Advisor/CSR - Leicester

 

Salary up to £28k + bonus + overtime!

 

Shift pattern - rotating weekly
0600hrs to 1400hrs
10am to 1800hrs
1 in 3 Saturdays 0700hrs to 1200hrs

Who are you?

·  you have the ability to work in an organised manner within a fast moving environment
·  Good customer service skills both face to face and via telephone
·  Be proactive in identifying customer needs and find solutions
·  attention to detail
·  Flexible and positive approach to changing cirumstances/priorities
·  team oriented
·  Good level of IT skills to include Excel, outlook

 

What will you be doing

A busy fast paced role based in reception area

·  Manage reception area and be main point of contact for customers
·  Schedule service appointments/MOTs and follow up with customers
·  Liaise and coordinate with workshop and customers on progress, ensure timely authorisation for all work is received
·  Preparation and provision of invoices to customes at point of vehicle collection, resolve any queries
·  carry out site administration
