Job description

Transport is at the core of modern society. Imagine using your expertise to shape sustainable transport solutions for the future? If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.

What you will do

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our Service Market Logistics team — at an exciting time of growth and transformation.

We’re preparing to move into a brand-new, state-of-the-art warehouse equipped with the latest in logistics automation. This move marks a significant step forward for our operations, and you’ll have the opportunity to be part of this journey from the very beginning.

In this dynamic role, you’ll support the day-to-day coordination of aftermarket logistics for some of the world’s most trusted brands — including Volvo, Mack, UD Trucks, and Volvo Penta — servicing a wide network across Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania.

If you're a team player with strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and an interest in supply chain operations, this is a great opportunity to build your career within a globally respected group.

Please note : this is a primarily office-based role, and you’ll need to be present at our Minto office to support day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•    Be a friendly point of contact and assist our dealer network across Australia and New Zealand with their enquiries via phone, email, and our case-handling platform.
•    Coordinate the movement of goods into and out of our distribution centre, making sure everything gets where it needs to be, on time.
•    Support the team and assist with the day-to-day tasks that keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
•    Collaborate with service providers, transport suppliers, and regulatory bodies to keep everything on track.
•    Provide accurate and timely updates on what's happening in your area of responsibility.
•    Join us on our digitalisation journey! Get involved in projects to make our processes even better and explore tools like Power BI and SQL to help streamline tasks.

Who are you?

·
Customer service experience, ideally in transport, logistics, automotive, or similar industries

·
Team player with strong communication skills (verbal and written)

·
Detail-oriented with solid numeracy and organisational skills

·
Understanding of freight and transport logistics; experience in spare parts is a bonus

·
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

·
Professional, courteous approach to customer and stakeholder interactions

·
Exposure to lean or continuous improvement practices is advantageous

What’s in it for you?

We offer a solid package of compensation and benefits, plus you will enjoy:

·  Be part of something new — join us as we transition to a brand-new warehouse with advanced automation and modern logistics systems.
·  Work with globally recognised, premium brands known for innovation, quality, and safety.
·  Join a team that values collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
·  Industry leading parental leave and support
·  Access employee benefits including wellness support, additional leave options, and career development pathways.
·  Be part of a company that truly values its people and is committed to building a sustainable future.
