What you will do

We are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Senior Commercial Operations Analyst to join our US Truck channel team. This key role will drive pricing strategy, audit processes, and business analysis to support profitable growth and operational excellence. The successful candidate will also serve as a subject matter expert and system steward for our CRM platform (Salesforce) and pricing tool (SuperTrump), developing scalable solutions and ensuring data integrity across systems.

 

Core Responsibilities:
• Serve as a pricing subject matter expert for the Truck channel, delivering training, insights, and analytical support on pricing models and structures.
• Lead initiatives to improve Truck Channel pricing processes and drive operational excellence.
• Develop, document, and maintain pricing practices and procedures tailored to the Truck Channel.
• Act as a business consultant, effectively addressing internal and external customer requests.
• Provide ad hoc pricing reports and strategic analysis for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and implement system enhancements in SuperTrump, Salesforce, and other platforms.
• Translate business requirements into effective, scalable CRM and pricing solutions.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving system usability, business processes, and customer experience.
• Oversee and improve Salesforce functionalities, ensuring accurate and complete data within the US Truck sales channel.
• Use Power BI, Salesforce, and related tools for reporting and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with Truck sales, FP&A, and operations teams to create data-driven models that improve market insights and profitability.
• Champion customer retention and conquest through improved systems, processes, and data stewardship.

Who are you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• Strong expertise with CRM systems.
• Minimum three years of experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Hands-on experience with pricing tools (CPQ and/or SuperTrump a plus).
• Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and system enhancements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in pricing, business analysis, or commercial operations preferred.
• Experience working within the transportation, trucking, or vehicle finance industry preferred.
• Project management experience or exposure to agile project methodologies.
