What you will do
As the Application Operations & Power Platform Specialist, you will carry out application operations and provide support for the solutions within this scope.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
· Conduct necessary operational and maintenance tasks, including managing incidents, changes, and problems for the relevant solutions.
· Responsible for the 2nd level support for the solutions in scope
· Develop and maintain solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform
· Coordinate and support Citizen development activities within VGA
· Create solution documentation and training material where applicable
· Liaise with global counterparts and follow applicable global guidelines and frameworks
· Monitor quality and security compliance of the solutions in scope.
Who are you?

· A degree or diploma in IT or a related field
· Proven experience within a similar role focusing on the Microsoft Power Platform
· Knowledge and experience with SQL
· Familiarity with traditional web development techniques
· Application development using standard Microsoft toolset for O365
· Familiarity with Azure cloud services and application hosting
· Basic understanding of business analysis
· Good understanding of Agile practice
· Good business communications skills
· High security awareness
