This role will work for Volvo Commercial Vehicles (VCV), who are the primary commercial vehicle distribution centre’s for Volvo Trucks and Buses, Mack Trucks and UD Trucks.

What you will do

We are seeking a personable and driven Aftersales Representative to join our VCV Brisbane North dealership in Pinkenba. This role is key to continuing to develop our strong customer relationships, as well as promoting and supporting our range of parts service offers.

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

·  Promoting and marketing parts and services to all potential customers
·  Assist in service market related business planning, including supporting in the development of new products and services
·  Focusing on customer satisfaction, including reviews and follow up, utilizing our current systems - Uptime & Connected Services
·  Developing and implementing strategies to achieve parts and service objectives, as well as sustainable growth objectives
·  Promoting and selling Service Contracts
·  Taking an active role in the dealership Service Contract portfolio management, including cost reviews, utilisation and overall portfolio health
·  Working cross functionally to assist the Dealership Management team with achieving customer and dealer focused activities including:
·  Developing formal customer retention and growth programs
·  Meet and greets / face-to-face customer visits and telemarketing
·  Open parts invoice follow up
·  Database maintenance development and utilisation

Who are you?

·  A trade, parts or service background, as you will need to have a sound technical understanding of our offerings
·  Automotive industry experience is ideal
·  A real sales focus and prior sales experience within a commercial environment
·  Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
·  Self-motivation and the drive to continuously succeed
·  Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to connect with people at all levels
·  Good organisation and time management skills
·  Sound computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite
