Technical Support Analysts at Volo Commerce are the first point of contact for our customers.
We have successfully developed and promoted people from this team to other areas of the business, and so we now have opportunities to recruit more customer service orientated individuals with a keen interest in technology.

Location : Cheltenham

In this role you will use a variety of communication channels and internal resources to provide technical support and guidance to our customers on our leading ecommerce solution.

You’ll be a tech savvy problem solver with proven experience of picking up new technology quickly, although we’ll teach you all about our own technology.
You’ll be great at talking to customers as well as listening, to understand what they are experiencing. You'll then analyse and problem solve with them, seeking internal specialist help when necessary and seeing each issue through to a successful resolution.
