You don’t have to be a car enthusiast to come and work for us. It's more important that you demonstrate a passion for your chosen specialism and for the commercial experience that your year in business will give you.

Whilst on the scheme you will receive a salary of £16,500 per annum and a generous benefits package including a car, performance-related bonus, healthcare cash plan, contributory pension scheme and an annual holiday entitlement of 27 days plus the bank holidays. Additional flexible benefits are also available, like a cycle to work scheme, discounted gym membership and many more.

The closing date is the 9th December 2015 and you should have heard from us by the end of the month. Our telephone screening will begin 23rd November 2015 for three weeks, leading to formal assessment centres over January at our head office in Milton Keynes. We'll provide a hotel and dinner the night before where you will have the chance to speak to current undergraduates about life at Volkswagen Group UK.

Desired profile

To be successful in these roles you’ll need to be able to demonstrate an aptitude in the area of your choice, have a passion for business as well as the commercial awareness or understanding needed to bring insight and creatively to the workplace. You’ll have real drive and great communication skills, not to mention an eye for detail and the ability to produce outputs of the highest quality.
