Telesales Agent - TPS - Bristol - £20K - £22K OTE

Job description

Bristol TPS are looking for an experienced Telesales Agent to be part of the Telesales team.

You will be responsible for processing incoming telephone, fax, and email and counter enquiries using the latest electronic catalogues and computerised ordering systems.

Candidates will have an enthusiastic personality and understand and be able to demonstrate what customer service really means so that our customers receive the best possible attention. You will need to be a very sales orientated person with ideally a strong background in Parts Sales.

This role would ideally suit a confident and experienced Parts Advisor with automotive experience that has the ability to identify customers’ needs over the phone.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and build long lasting, effective working relationships.
