Role reports to: Tactical Planning Manager

Job purpose:

Responsible for reporting, monitoring and analysis in the area of tactical spend and communicating effective management information within the brand.

Key Activities:

1. Production and development of regular timely and accurate reporting and management information on brand tactical spend by model and channel.

2. Ad-hoc reporting on tactical spend and scenarios as required within the brand.

3. To provide required information to support weekly and monthly forecasting performance, annual budget process and Planning round.

4. Proactively support the identification of any risks and opportunities and raise to Brand Tactical Managers supply to make them aware of relevant trends

5. Preparation of Presentations and or management information relating to brand tactical spend

6. Provide analysis on effectiveness of tactical actions and liaise with volume planning team to study impacts

7. Undertake continuous process and output reviews in liaison with other Brands to ensure best practice development and maintenance especially in regard to systems such as Business Intelligence.
