Job purpose:
Provide direct operational support for approximately 70 dealers. Engage dealers in tactical actions in order to achieve the Brand’s sales channel targets. To ensure that dealers are fully conversant with the Brand’s sales processes and systems. Resolve issues that are preventing achievement of dealer sales channel targets or adversely impact customer satisfaction.
Key Activities:
• Build and develop effective working relationships with dealers and the field team through good communications.
• Identify best practise and share with dealers and the field team to improve performance
• Support delivery of the Brand’s sales objectives through the engagement of dealers in the Brand’s tactical programmes and closing actions
• Resolve dealer issues through liaison with all Volkswagen departments, field team and Customer Service Centre
• Support and coach dealer sales and administration staff to ensure adherence to sales and supply procedures and in the effective use of the sales system
• Provide expert advice and guidance on the Brand operational procedures and systems
• Support dealers to manage their vehicle ordering and stock in order to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction on the timescales for vehicle delivery
