Growth Marketing Manager – Voice AI / B2B SaaS

YOUR MISSION

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will drive growth and customer acquisition:
* Develop and execute multichannel growth marketing strategies (email, social, SEA, content, partnerships, etc.)
* Design and manage conversion and acquisition campaigns to generate qualified leads
* Plan, organize, and run webinars to educate prospects and create business opportunities
* Grow brand awareness on B2B social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and optionally YouTube)
* Analyze performance, optimize funnels, and run A/B tests to maximize ROI
* Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align marketing and commercial efforts

Desired profile

WHO YOU ARE

* >3 years of experience in digital marketing / growth marketing, ideally in a startup or B2B SaaS environment
* Strong expertise in B2B social media marketing to generate leads and increase visibility
* Experienced in creating and managing webinars or digital events
* Proficient with marketing tools: CRM, automation, analytics, SEO/SEA, email marketing
* Data-driven, results-oriented, and able to turn insights into actionable campaigns
* Creative, curious, autonomous, and entrepreneurial
* Fluent in English and comfortable working fully in English
* Comfortable testing new ideas and challenging the status quo
