As a Sales Development Representative in our brand new UK office, you will support our global growth initiatives by playing a key role in our international development, and by working closely with our EMEA sales team to assist in closing strategic deals. The VMT Sales Development program is a critical part of VMTurbo’s sales strategy and growth plan. In this high activity, high volume environment, you’ll be responsible for the first set of customer engagements, which lead to pipeline and revenue opportunities. Your participation in this multi-Quarter structured sales program will help you develop and master sales and technology skills that will enable you to take on a quota selling role at VMTurbo.

Responsibilities:
- Identify key contacts and target accounts through prospecting databases
- Develop a territory strategy to penetrate key target accounts
- Achieve individual & team metrics through outbound prospecting efforts
- Ensure quality of opportunities so they become forecasted pipeline
- Actively engage in training program to gain expertise in VMTurbo’s product offerings and competitive landscape
- Develop skills necessary for successful lead generation and demo completion
- Work in a team environment with other Sales Development Reps and Account Executives
- Personal development plan to accelerate career as a technology sales rep
Qualifications:
- University Degree (preferred)
- Experience working in a professional setting
- Strong passion to build a sales career
- Adaptability in high-growth atmosphere
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
- Excellent time management capabilities
- Must be competitive and thrive in a team-based atmosphere
