Job description
We are the largest manufacturer in the UK for ID Card Lanyards and we are recruiting for two telesales / customer services agents.
The role is varied including, taking phone orders processing online and email orders and responding to production requests. The role is demanding at times with high volumes of orders and phone calls, so you will need to be able to work under pressure
You need to be confident on the phone and have the ability to up sale on orders.
You need good IT skills as you will be using our in house production and order tracking system as well as Goldmine CRM and Quotewerks.
You will also need to be able to start working for us ASAP in January.
Working hours Monday - Friday 8.30am until 5pm.
You will be based at our Long Eaton office NG10.
