What’s the role?

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced and exciting company that provides consumers a new way to buy eyewear. We’re seeking a permanent Optical Assistant stylist on a full time basis that has excellent retailing experience to join our small but growing team based in Glasgow. Your role will be primarily focused on dispensing our eyewear to our customers and supporting our efforts to deliver the best possible overall customer experience.

You will:

• Provide the absolute best customer service in our retail store
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and dispensing skills
• Offer unique advice to our customers that make them look and feeling amazing
• Act as a champion for our brand to educate and excite others about our mission and values
• Have an impeccable attention to detail and an interest in brand presentation
• Be comfortable in working within a sales environment
• Strive continuously to think up innovative ways to reinvent retail
• Do whatever is needed to give our customers an amazing shopping experience

You must have:

• Experience in Optical Dispensing (2-3 years)


• A proficient ability to use retail software, social media, e-commerce websites and modern technology hardware
