Job description

longside our team, you’ll use your organisational skill and creative flair to set-up, promote and enhance participants’ experience of our monthly events.

You’ll play an instrumental part in ensuring our events are well managed and delivered to the highest standard.

This role would suit an enthusiastic self-starter looking for an opportunity to enhance their event management skills within a world-class organisation.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Having just launched in Bournemouth 3 months ago we are now looking to launch in Brighton, Liverpool, Kent, and a host of other counties over the next few months with our monthly Meetup networking events and Masterclass workshops.
Whilst you'll be based at our brand new central Bournemouth offices there will be opportunities to travel (expenses paid).

You will be responsible for enhancing the participant experience – researching and coordinating speakers, partners and attendees for events in your region i.e. source and contact local speakers, partners
Promoting our events via social media and local press
Co-ordinating our volunteers support at events.

Responsibilities may also include but not be limited to:
Seeking new suppliers/maintaining supplier relationships
Selling events
Copy writing
Marketing
Admin
PA duties
