Viral Thread is one of the UK’s fastest growing companies; what started as a passion-project by two friends a year-and-a-half ago has developed into a 20+ team based in the heart of Shoreditch.

We are an online social news & media publisher with over 4.5 million likes on Facebook and over 20 million unique visitors to our site a month, our quest for Internet domination is off to a good start – but there's so much more we can achieve. With an average age of 24, and a Facebook page that's growing by 100k new likes a week – we feel like this is just the start of our journey.

All the team thrive off our work hard play hard motto which we feel is essential in a creative environment. We keep our minds active with a ping pong and football table, two swegways, games consoles, and I hope you're a dog lover because we have the cutest pug pup called Bella who always brightens up our day. To top it off we just finished completing our sleep zone of pillow heaven, so when you feel like you need to recharge you can grab a quick nap or just take your laptop over there for a more relaxing work day.

Here's where you come in... we’re looking to set-up Facebook pages for themes such as 'Comedy', 'Pranks', 'Food', 'Video' etc – that don't have Viral Thread in the page name. You will be solely in charge of all the content for one page. This means working with our team to create content but more importantly sourcing content from around the internet. You will need to build relationships with content creators and ensure that we always have permission when posting their content.

The sort of person we're looking for is 16 -25 years old, active and engaged on a variety of social media platforms; passionate about working in a fast-paced, dynamic industry and extremely ambitious.

You will need to have a keen eye for spotting trends and content that has viral potential, and be able to think outside the box to ensure that content reaches as many people as possible through social media marketing.

The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated, hard-working, ambitious and demonstrate intuition – with the hopes of becoming permanent at the end of the 3 month internship period, those who go above and beyond will stand out.
