We are searching for 4 Graduates to fill the last 6 spaces on a 14 person Property recruitment Academy! Starting in SEPTEMBER you will have the opportunity to be on the best and most successful graduate recruitment academy in the industry! Based in the heart of London, this is a unique opportunity to enter a career alongside likeminded people and be trained by one of the most successful consultants in the recruitment industry.

Being a recruitment consultant is one of the most dynamic roles in the business world. As a middle-man between a client and a candidate, it involves business development, negotiating terms of business, pitching to businesses, head hunting, networking, interviewing and candidate coaching amongst more! It is a B2B sales role where people are the product, this means you must be comfortable in social scenarios and must have naturally strong skills in communication.

40% uncapped commission structure with realistic £40,000 year one earnings.

University degree in any discipline, minimum 2:2 from a reputable university.
Must have some office work experience and exposure to working enviornment.
We will accept applications that do not have a degree ONLY if you have recent sales experience.
Previous experience in a working environment
Naturally strong communication skills and a vibrant personality
Have the cutting edge to build rapport but also close situations
