Project Controller

Job description

Under the supervision of the Agency Manager, the incumbent will provide administrative support to the team of Project Managers. More specifically, he/she will:

·  Make purchase orders for project managers;
·  Ensure insurance follow-up;
·  Update employee training records;
·  Prepare meeting agendas;
·  Create accounts;
·  Assist project managers with day-to-day project management;
·  Manage site documentation;
·  Participate in site orders;
·  Cost allocation and management of supplier invoices;
·  Perform any other related tasks to support the team.

·  DEP in secretarial, administrative or office automation with 3 years' experience;
·  Or a DEC in secretarial work, administration or office automation;
·  Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (advanced level);
·  Excellent command of English;
·  Excellent organizational skills, rigor, attention to detail and management of priorities.
