As a Project Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the commercial aspects of our construction projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing and analysing project budgets, managing subcontracts, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. You will work closely with project teams, providing commercial guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

·  Develop and implement project communication and stakeholder engagement plans.
·  Craft compelling content and produce captivating materials for work notifications, project updates, correspondence, media releases, web/social media content, presentations, and traffic alerts.
·  Ensure prompt and effective management and resolution of community and stakeholder inquiries and complaints within designated timeframes.
·  Undertake regular reporting and maintain up-to-date knowledge and application of, legislation, industry standards and technological innovations.

Many of our projects are located in regional areas, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver's License and have their own transport.
