Job description

As part of the growth of its activities, VINCI Energies is looking for a Data Analyst intern. Within the HR Data team, the Data Analyst is responsible for contributing to the enhancement of the Group's HR data and the construction of statistical models. In this role, you will report to the HR Data Reporting Manager.

VINCI Energies' 2,100 business units are located in 61 countries, so you will be working in an international environment. 

In this context, your main tasks, without being exhaustive, will be:

• Data Analysis: Analysing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Stakeholder Communication: Prepare & communicate findings with stakeholders
• Documentation: Preparing detailed specifications of analysis & models that would require to be fully implemented
• Testing and Validation: Assisting in the testing and validation of data models and analytics solutions.

Desired profile

Profile:

You are pursuing a post-secondary degree with a specialization in data analysis and are looking for an apprenticeship starting in the fall of 2025. You are recognized for your analytical skills. You enjoy working in a team, are organized, and meticulous.

You have a good level of French and English, allowing you to work in an international environment (C1).

Skills :

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in explaining data findings.
• Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying data-related problems and developing effective solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), machine learning, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Attention to Detail: Precision in documenting data requirements and processes.
