What are your main missions :

You will put into practice both your technical and interpersonal skills, thus thriving on the following missions:

• Facilitate the Health and Safety approach on the field. Ensure its dynamism and its right application.
• Promote and contribute to reports and analysis of dangerous situations, near-misses, pollution, etc.
• Participate in actions and raise awareness of Health & Safety topics among all stakeholders on the site/project.
• Take action as a partner on the field (observation of work situations, risk analysis, recommendation of improvement/corrective/preventive actions) and communicate as such with stakeholders.

Desired profile

• Passionate about the Health & Safety field, you are keen on animating and interacting on the construction site.
• Facilitator by nature, you know how to create bounds and connections with your co-workers, and you have an adapted and transparent communication style. You are recognized for your ability to carry out projects and actions. 
• You have good analytical skills and understand issues and situations. You enjoy solving them efficiently and collaboratively.
• Curious, resourceful, and with a taste for adventure, you are open to new experiences around the world.
• You communicate with ease both orally and in writing (French, English; a third language is a plus).

Education & experience: 

• Higher education degree (Master’s degree, engineering degree, etc.) in Prevention, Safety, Environment, Risk Management or from an engineering education background.
• Advanced English. A second language can be an asset (in addition to the candidate’s native language)
