As a private partner for public benefit, VINCI Concessions supports its clients in design, financing, program management, operation and maintenance of major public infrastructure projects.
Tasks:
Under the responsibility of the Chief Financial Officer of VINCI Concessions North America, you will participate to:
- Investee and concession companies (Special Purpose Companies – SPCs):
- Reviewing accounting information prepared on a monthly basis by companies
- Ensuring that all Vinci monthly and quarterly reporting (fiches bleues, Vision, BDD, etc.) are completed on time and consistent through liaison with project company accountants
- Analysis of monthly performance data through traffic reports and projections
- Maintaining schedule of future cash flows for an individual project
- Year-end updates and reconciliations based on historic data
- Review of provisions of concession contracts for particular issues
- Financial modelling :
- Maintenance of financial modelling data as required
- Various modelling tasks, e.g. scenario analysis
- Cost control:
- Tracking time spent on project and releasing reporting
- Tracking profitability of services agreements
- One-time miscellaneous missions
Required skills:
- Business school or university (bac + 5)
- Back ground in accounting would be appreciated
- Good communication skills in both English and French
- Proficient in Excel
- Curious, proactive and autonomous
- Good team spirit
