Job description

Veolia, the world leader in the environmental service sector, offers customized solutions in three complimentary business areas: water management, waste management and energy management.
We are looking for an Design Engineer for our subsidiaries Veolia Water Technologies, specialized in water treatment solutions which provides the complete range of services required to design, build, maintain and upgrade water and wastewater treatment facilities for industrial clients and public authorities.
The Volunteer will facilitate the communication with Headquarter.
Main Responsibilities:
- Participates in the compilation of basic process design data; finalizes process
scheme & equipment selection.
- Prepares preliminary design, drawings, detailed drawings and fabrication
details.
- Participates with the Design Manager in the final selection of process, plant
and equipment.
- Liaises with Project & Proposals Engineers to ensure smooth implementation of design; carries out design checks and certification as required.
- Carries out any other duties related to his area of expertise as assigned by the Design Manager or his designee.
Profile required:
Preferably a graduate of Mechanical Engineering;
At least one significant professional experience;
Fluent in English
Possibility to carry on in Saudi Arabia after the VIE;
Length of the assignment: 18 months
