Job Description

As an HCM Solution Expert, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Workday's enterprise software and industry experience to guide corporate departments through various HCM processes. You will showcase how Workday can effectively address specific HCM requirements, provide solutions to critical business challenges, and deliver substantial value.

What are your main tasks?

·  As a Workday HCM Product Lead, you spearhead the product vision and strategy for your organization's Workday Human Capital Management system. 
·  Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and translate them into a prioritized roadmap.  
·  Ownership of the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and drives you to maximum value. 
·  Focus is on continuous improvement, constantly seeking opportunities to optimize the Workday platform and enhance the user experience. This includes leading system upgrades, implementing new modules, and streamlining existing processes. 
·  You also champion user adoption through training programs and ongoing support. Data integrity and security are paramount, and you ensure your Workday environment adheres to the highest standards. Ultimately, you are responsible for the overall success and effectiveness of Veolia DB&T Belux organization's Workday HCM system.
·  Analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities you streamline processes and automate tasks.

Qualifications

What do we expect from you?

·  Proven experience (3-5 years) in configuring, developing, and deploying Workday HCM solutions or other main HCM systems, with expertise in contingent workforce management. 
·  Skilled in Workday integration, system integrations, and cross-functional implementation support. 
·  Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders, including HR tech teams and business partners. 
·  Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, manage multiple priorities, and consistently deliver results.
·  You must have a strong proficiency in spoken and written English. Dutch and/or French are a big plus.
·  Being a team player, you should be comfortable collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and product managers, and be open to sharing ideas and knowledge.
