Job Description

Responsibilities

· 
Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse personnel, including receiving, storing and distributing goods. 

· 
Ensure the timely receipt of incoming shipments, verifying the quantities and quality of goods. 

· 
Coordinate and communicate effectively with the warehouse and O&M team

· 
Report  to the procurement officer in monitoring the performance of the department. 

· 
Prepare regular inventory reports and analyses for management review

· 
Organize and maintain inventory levels, conducting the regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies. 

· 
Maintain the safety and tidiness of the warehouse 

· 
Identify the areas for improvement and implement the initiative to enhance the warehouse efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Requirements

· 
Diploma in Warehouse/Supply Chain/Logistics or any other business-related disciplines

· 
At least 3 years of Warehouse experience

· 
Candidates are proficient in Google applications or Microsoft Office applications.

· 
Able to work multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

· 
Fair communication skill in English and Mandarin

· 
Short Notice / Immediate availability is preferable
