About Us:
Veolia WTS is a leading provider of water treatment solutions, committed to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients. We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operator to join our team at our Northgate facility.
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for managing all aspects of materials handling in the order fulfilment, receiving, and warehouse operations. This includes repacking and decanting of chemicals, storage, picking, shipping, staging, inventory accuracy, routing, and transportation. The successful candidate will ensure a proper and efficient flow of warehouse activities, including filling and organisation of inventory, scheduling and filling of deliveries, and accurate entry into SAP.
Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of materials handling, including receiving, storing, and shipping chemicals
·
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
·
Responsible for all material handling and warehousing processes
·
Manage the goods inwards/ outwards processes for the Northgate Site
·
Accurately track and record the movement of materials using SAP..
·
Ensure inventory accuracy, pick accuracy and product integrity are maintained at all times and any discrepancies reported immediately
·
Review and check all orders for quality and accuracy before despatch
·
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
·
Collaborate with warehouse employees, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications
Requirements:
·
At least 3 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment
·
Valid forklift & Reach operator certification
·
Ability to read and interpret Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
·
Proficiency in operating various types of forklifts and material handling equipment
·
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
·
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·
Knowledge of warehouse logistics and storage and handling procedures
·
SAP Knowledge preferred
Physical Demands:
·
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach
·
Must be able to operate a forklift and handle materials safely
