Job Description

He/she will responsible for :

·   Support the sales managers with various steps and tasks in all steps within the sales work at Hydrotech.
·  Quotation writing and production of documents / documentation for customers and distributors.
·  Provide advice and instructions to our customers on how Hydrotech's products should be applied to ensure the best total solution.
·  Participate in sales / marketing efforts with regards to trade fairs and visits to distributors and customers.
·  Work actively in CRM systems (Skywater / Sales force) as well as SmartSheet and other applicable programs.
·  Develop, if necessary, special prices with the help of the design and purchasing department as well as the production and administration department.
·  Send process parameters to the process manager so that process dimensioning can be done. For standard process applications (which follow our guidelines), responsibility for approving process dimensioning.
·  Responsibility for reviewing PO / specifications and, if necessary, requesting additional information and sending orders to the order coordinator with associated quotation and other relevant documents.
·  Responsibility for preparing and booking a meeting with the order coordinator / project manager and to collect as much information as possible about the project from the customer. 
·  Approve and sign final contracts, based on the rules of signing regarding contract sums and risk-taking.
·  Approval of order confirmation.
·  Work according to sales routines and procedures.

·   Languages: English
