Job Description

Veolia Industries Global Solutions is looking for a Junior Engineer - LEAN Management. You will work with our Lean teams to analyze processes, find ways to improve them, and implement LEAN solutions. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in process optimization while making a real impact on our operations.

The VIE will be in charge of  :

· 
Work closely with management and maintenance teams to optimize maintenance operation processes on the client's infrastructure.

· 
Create and complete documentation of maintenance and repair activities

· 
Generally identify areas which can be streamlined 

· 
Create and deploy new processes & concepts

· 
Digitalization and deployment of validated processes and continuous improvement of processes

· 
Accompany your Manager in the change management approach (sustainable improvement relying on consulting skills and change management processes)

Qualifications

Educational background: Engineering school, LEAN Management

Previous experience: LEAN Manager, project management, deployment of methods and management tools, change management

Skills: Maintenance and industrial production management, familiar with information system tools, LEAN and change management

Other: Coordination talent, flexibility, quality-oriented, reliable and team player, analysis & influence skills

Languages:  German, French, English
