Description du poste

As a Graduate Equipment Engineer in water treatment, you will take part in designing and implementing chemical storage and injection solutions for water conditioning across various industrial applications (cooling towers, wastewater treatment plants, boilers, process treatment for petrochemical refineries), as well as deploying monitoring equipment for these injections, including digital aspects.

As part of a 10-person team, you will work alongside experienced professionals and manage projects autonomously, while collaborating with account managers to define and deliver technical solutions adapted to their needs.

This position offers a mixed experience between technical engineering and field implementation in direct contact with our teams and suppliers/subcontractors.

 

Daily responsibilities:

· 
Define and cost equipment (supplier/subcontractor consultation)

· 
Design water treatment systems

· 
Conduct client site visits to assess technical needs

· 
Manage installation projects and their monitoring (timing, budget)

· 
Coordinate with account managers

· 
Provide technical support and system commissioning

· 
Propose adapted technical solutions

· 
Create equipment layout drawings

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

· 
Master's degree in Engineering (Water Treatment, Electrical, or Mechanical)

· 
Broad technical knowledge (electrical, treatment, mechanical)

· 
Understanding of water treatment principles (softener, reverse osmosis)

· 
Technical optimization and problem-solving capabilities

· 
Project management skills

· 
Technical English (documentation and training)

· 
AutoCAD knowledge would be a plus

· 
Valid driver's license - company car provided for both professional and personal use 

Position based in Lille, with travel required in departments 59, 62, and 60.

Contract type: 24-month Graduate program
