We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Infrastructure / Plot Maintenance Technician to join our team in Muel, Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our facility's infrastructure and outdoor areas, ensuring a safe and functional environment for all occupants.

·  Perform regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify maintenance needs
·  Execute preventive maintenance tasks on various building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
·  Conduct repairs and improvements to infrastructure as needed
·  Maintain outdoor areas, including landscaping, parking lots, and walkways
·  Operate and maintain various tools and equipment used in facility maintenance
·  Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations
·  Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
·  Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies
·  Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize disruptions
·  Assist in the development and implementation of long-term maintenance plans

Qualifications

·  Technical degree or vocational training in facility maintenance or a related field
·  2-3 years of experience in infrastructure or property maintenance
·  Proficiency in using various maintenance tools and equipment
·  Knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
·  Understanding of landscaping and outdoor maintenance techniques
·  Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures
·  Relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA or equivalent)
·  Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication
·  Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
·  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·  Physical capability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting and climbing
·  Valid driver's license
·  Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
·  Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus
