Job Description

We are looking for a person for the Human Resources team with orientation to Personnel Administration and Labor Relations.

This person will join the Personnel Administration area and will assume functions of this area such as the hiring process, payroll circuit (including accounting), terminations, taxes, social insurance, temporary disability management as well as the participation in different Human Resources projects.

Some of the main functions:

·  Carry out the registration and cancellation management process, with the documentary control, files, communications with the administration and time management.
·  Manage Social Security data, management and control of disability process and absenteeism.
·  Participation in the payroll payment procedure, with control of incidents, taxes, review of calculations, advances and salary receipts.
·  Management, regulation and control of tools of official organizations (network system, contracts,...)
·  Management of the flexible remuneration plan, control of social benefits, review of changes in policies according to the collective agreement.
·  Prepare documentation for internal and external inspections and audits.
·  Application, review and updating of collective agreements.
·  Internal attention, resolving and addressing colleagues' questions, documentation, certificates, etc.

Qualifications

·  Training: Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources or similar.
·  3 years of experience and knowledge in similar positions.
·  Specific knowledge: Labor regulations, compensation and benefits.
·  Experience with MILENA, SAP, A3 Teams, META4, or another payroll and HR management tool.
·  English B2 (level test).
