Job Description

·  Customer service: Provide support to customers in external facilities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
·  · Installation, repair, and maintenance: Install, repair, maintain, and test equipment on site
·  · Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues
·  · Reporting: Generate service reports
·  · Safety: Responsible for complete EHS activities at the Customer site on Veolia Behalf
·  · Compliance: Adhere to company rules and regulations
·  · Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues and share information
·  · Equipment management: Maintain tools and equipment.
·  Training: Teach customers how on Water treatment chemicals
·  Flexibility: Adjust plans and asset allocation as needed.

·  Servicing the accounts

Qualifications

M.Sc Chemistry, B,E Chemical, Or Diploma
