Description du poste

Your role is to be a Technical Account manager. Within the team you are responsible to maintain and extend the portfolio of flexible assets. Doing this you will be engaged with current customers, potential customers and partners throughout the commercial process. You will be provided with responsibility over specific market segments in the Benelux. 

In addition, you will be engaged in the international account management process allowing you to deploy your international skills. From lead generation towards integration of the assets into the portfolio of the Flexcity, you will be in charge of the entire commercial process. 

Your responsibilities

·  You build a profound knowledge of your allocated customers portfolio and proactively take contact with them (contract renewal, bidding results…)
·  You will be the face of Flexcity towards our customers (Sales Management) and our partners (Partnership Management)
·  You set up and execute our sales strategy, including the acquisition of new customers (Acquisition Management)
·  You build the relationship with (large) existing customers (Account Management)
·  You offer the right products and services to your customers, in close collaboration with your colleagues of Portfolio Management who will take care of the technical analysis. By doing this, you strive at optimising the value creation for your customers and Flexcity.
·  Besides that you represent Flexcity in front of major energy consuming companies and international partners, and take care of Presentations on seminars and events

Qualifications

·  Ability to discuss opportunities with plant and energy managers within utilities, industrial companies or intensive electricity consumers.
·  Technical interest in new technologies and passion about energy are a must.
·  Strategic thinking, take initiatives to extend portfolio through, for example, strategic partnerships.
·  Experience in Account Management within industrial market
·  Fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
·  Strong written and oral communication skills.
·  You address challenges proactively and are a “hunter-type”.
·  You are result-driven and want to achieve the next mile.
·  You have strong commercial skills.
·  You hold a master degree.
·  You are flexible, not afraid to think out of the box, keen on continuously learning new topics and you love to share your knowledge.
·  You are deliverable-focused with a pragmatic and professional attitude.
·  You are a team player with a “can do”- mentality
