We are now recruiting suitable candidate for Ecospace, the first and only integrated facility (CWTF) in Hong Kong to treat hazardous waste and infectious (medical) waste, in operation since 1993 at Tsing Yi. The CWTF operates under ISO 9001 and 14001 certification and stringent regulatory and contractual requirements and conditions.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

·  Plans, organizes, directs and controls all resources related to mechanical / Electrical Instrumentation maintenance, repair and modification work of the facilities.
·  Manage in-house maintenance team & contractor to carry out routine repair and preventive works according to schedules and work orders requests. 
·  Wok closely with dept heads & other teammates to prevent equipment breakdown, maximize equipment and facility lifetime, minimize equipment and facility operating and maintenance costs and ensure safe operation of all mechanical /Electrical instrumentation equipment and facilities.
·  Provide technical support & advice to maintenance teams on carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
·  Conduct regular site inspection to monitor the progress of maintenance works and provide recommendations for improvement
·  Participate in the maintenance purchase and budget proposals within the approved budget
·  Prepare CMMS record, technical and maintenance reports

Qualifications

Requirements:

·  Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
·  7 years’ experience in mechanical systems / equipment operation and maintenance with minimum of 3 years' experiences at supervisory level
·  Leading skill to manage maintenance team and subcontractors to conduct various maintenance tasks
·  Working experience in power plant was preferred
·  Good interpersonal and communication skills
·  Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
·  Well-versed in AutoCad and MS office
·  Good command of spoken & written English
