We are looking for a Team Lead for our Danish Sales & Tender team.

Job Description

Your role
As the Team Lead for Sales & Tender in Denmark, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Danish sales team in close collaboration with colleagues across the Nordic organization. You set the direction, ensure sales performance in Denmark, and contribute to the alignment and development of our overall Nordic sales efforts.

Building on Veolia’s strong technological foundation, you will support and further develop the commercial strategy in Denmark, drive growth, and strengthen collaboration between sales, consulting, and delivery. You will play a key role in developing customers and markets through partnerships, innovation, and growth ensuring that we are well-positioned in both Danish and Nordic tenders.

You will have a broad commercial responsibility where you:

·  Develop and execute sales strategy, pipeline, and forecasting
·  Monitor performance and provide clear direction for the team
·  Identify new market opportunities and partnerships
·  Actively contribute to strategy and business development across the Nordic organization
·  Motivate your team and ensure well-being, engagement, and professional growth
·  Build strong relationships and collaboration across disciplines and departments

Qualifications

About you
You are a business-oriented leader with strategic insight and the ability to create direction and deliver results through others. You thrive in an environment where expertise, collaboration, and commercial focus go hand in hand and where you can make your mark on our commercial development across the Nordics.

You hold a commercial or technical degree for example, MSc in Economics and Business Administration, HD, MBA, or Engineering with a commercial profile and have solid experience with B2B sales and project-oriented business development, preferably from utilities, water, energy, or other consulting-related industries.

As a leader, you are clear, trustworthy, and committed. You unite your team around common goals, create energy and momentum and are able to translate strategy into action with attention to both people and results.
