Job Description
Reporting into the Sales Director Poland/Baltics/Ukraine
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across our four business lines within Poland. This is a new business development role focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality and be a sales professional who thrives on opening new accounts and driving business expansion. This will focus on our Technologies and Product Sales.
Essential responsibilities:

Focus on key T&P product lines : Ion Pro, Small Sirion, standard Evaled, Elga. as product sales

New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers across the territory to drive revenue growth for all four Veolia Water Tech business lines.

Territory Management: Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize market penetration and achieve ambitious sales targets for EPP, T&P and MWIS. Coordination between all four business lines to be sure of a compelling competitive advantage is expected. in a dotted line to the respective BL leader in the given territory. The BL leader will foresee the necessary coaching, training, support, market intelligence and operational and commercial excellence.

Market Intelligence : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities

Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, trade shows, and lead generation activities

Proposal Development : Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer requirements
·
Goal Achievement : Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for revenue and new account acquisition

Consultative Sales Approach: Able to listen and understand client’s needs and develop solutions in conjunction with other Water Tech personnel. A business results orientated “can do” approach, matched with excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills. Selling on value.

Customer Service Mind-set: The role requires a strong customer focus during the sales activity which is full time field based. As such, the individual will need to be flexible at all times and organise and plan resources to meet customer expectation and overall area sales targets and business sector goals.

Strong Teamwork Ethic: In addition to responsibility and accountability for the sales success within the defined area the individual will be required to be a developed strong team player. Successful interaction with internal colleagues via the Water Tech matrix structure is vital to ensuring strong collaborative approaches to prospect opportunities
Qualifications
· A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Science, Environmental Science, or related field
· Preferably with B2B sales experience, preferably selling into pharma, biopharma lifescience laboratories and/or production facilities or related technical industries
· Fluent Polish speaker with excellent English skills in writing and speaking (required due to work in an international environment)
· Demonstrated track record of successfully hunting and closing new business
· Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
· Willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory
· Valid driver's license
· Work permit or citizenship, allowed to work in Europe
· Strong IT skills.
· Ability to work with multiple data sets, understand the importance of CRM and ERP tools to support strong sales operations.
· Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling multiple product lines or integrated solutions; Knowledge of water treatment processes and industrial applications; Existing network within the target territory.
