This position supports and contributes to the overall success of Veolia and its global sites by providing best in class lease analyst/lease administration and lease accounting services.

Fixed-term position for 6 months, with potential conversion to full-time if mutually agreeable between both parties.

As the lease analyst/lease administrator, the candidate will play an integral role within the Real Estate team in a global matrix organization. The position includes but is not limited to responsibilities of working closely on developing and/or maintaining a real estate database from leases using lease administration tools like Sequentra, other documents and input from the regions to be compliant with requirements. In this rule also you will create reports for the global transaction managers team and the top management.

 

Day-to-Day Duties:

·  Provide Lease administrator services
·  Abstraction and review of leases and other real estate documents - both new paper leases and exiting in the digital database
·  Update and maintain lease databases.
·  Creation and distribution of client reports.
·  Special projects as assigned.
·  Create critical dates, project tracker, operation plan reports leveraging Sequentra database and XL or Google sheets
·  Review and approve rent payment workflows
·  Work with external vendors to formally translate the documents in English
·  Being able to efficiently take notes during meetings
·  Take detailed meeting minutes and distribute action points

 

Skills and Experience Required:

·  Extremely organized
·  Ability to learn quickly and drive to be the best
·  Bachelor degree
·  Lease review experience
·  Lease database experience, preferably or Sequentra (including migration to other systems if needed)
·  Strong oral and written communication skills in English
·  Experience in Real Estate, Finance, Legal Business or Accounting is preferred
·  Attention to detail
·  Consistently accurate
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, workflows
·  Expert in creating look up table, Pivot table and creating formulas in XL or Google Sheets
·  Ability to work independently and initiate projects
·  Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines
·  Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-function, global environment
·  Experience in Tableau is a plus
