Job Description

GENERAL FUNCTION

·  Responsible for the process design, proposal preparation and support business development team on process water / wastewater related opportunity

TASKS

·  General
·  Support proposal for the DBU country
·  Support sales personnel to attend discussion with client if needed
·  To ensure all the tender enquiry is completed with company QMS workflows defined by the Country Manager
·  Improving the costing preparation for all tender proposal
·  Widen the selection range for equipment / instrument with compliance to company policies on Global Framework Agreements as priority
·  Actively involve in contributing idea and opinion to ensure success of bid / opportunity
·  Support Service & Operation team on project’s deliverables, troubleshooting, testing & commissioning, whenever necessary
·  Respect to the submission timeline
·  To ensure all proposal and IPAF to be ready at least 2 days before the bid closing meeting
·  Site walk / plant visit for project enquiry
·  Sharing idea / method of energy and water saving, or all kind of OPEX savings
·  To ensure the content of the proposal always bundle with growth initiatives and company business direction
·  Make sure all the proposals are logged.
·  Update all the tender information to the log sheet
·  All soft copy of tender proposal, IPAF, SFD, plant layout, and all related information to the folder as a master copy
·  Support and actively participate on SCREEN Audit, and work closely with program manager to create business opportunity

·  Contribute input and execution on internal P&A improvement in all aspects

·  Apply the Safety procedures for operations bound to their activities

·   Apply the Quality procedures for operations bound to their activities

Qualifications

·  Education
·  University Degree in Chemical/Biological/Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent    

Additional Information

EXPERIENCE EXPECTED

·  2-3 years of experience in water & waste treatment plants process design, proposal and applications.    
·  Only candidates who do not require working visa in Singapore will be shortlisted
