Job Description

The Procurement Assistant is responsible for the good process of orders from the purchase order to the delivery of the equipment/goods. He/she will ensure that the supplier fulfills his obligation for Biothane’s contract and needs. The Procurement Assistant will organize the delivery of nutrients, biomass and our technologies equipment all over the world.

24-32 hours / week

 

Qualifications

GENERAL

·  Manage service order intake for nutrients and biomass
·  Control Supplier‘s documentation to ensure global quality
·  Placing Purchase Order in Veolia Software.  
·  Organize International & Local deliveries and the logistics behind it.
·  Feed our Price Database for our Technologies. 
·  Administrative Task

PROFILE :

·  Experience in a procurement and logistics (transport)
·  Fluent in English (Dutch & French are a plus)

SKILLS :

·  Experience in logistic management and administration processes for international businesses
·  Organizer with flexible mindset to manage unexpected occurrences
·  Easy in communication with suppliers and end users
·  Problem solving / creative thinking
·  Team player
·  Flexible
