Job Description

Join Veolia WTS's dynamic EMEA Customer Care Team as a key player in our global supply chain operations. As part of our multicultural team of 50 professionals, you'll manage customer relationships throughout the entire order lifecycle, serving diverse industries from food and beverages to pharmaceuticals.

In this role, you'll be the vital link between our customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional service delivery. Your expertise in order management and customer service will be essential in maintaining and enhancing our high service standards.

Day-to-Day Duties 

• Process orders through SAP and CMS & AI systems 

• Handle complex orders and key account management 

• Manage order-related issues to ensure on-time, in-full delivery 

• Communicate professionally with customers and stakeholders 

• Conduct project billing and account management 

• Perform root cause analysis to identify process improvements 

• Maintain customer data accuracy in ERP systems 

• Coordinate with Sales, Material Planning, Sourcing, and Distribution departments 

• Handle special queries and urgent requests 

• Monitor and enhance customer experience

 

Skills and Experience Required 

• Advanced proficiency in Dutch and English 

• Proven experience in customer service or order management 

• Strong SAP user knowledge 

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities 

• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize effectively 

• Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace 

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 

• Bachelor's degree or industry experience 

• Experience with Salesforce.com (preferred) 

• Process improvement knowledge 

• Additional language skills (advantageous)
