Job Description
Responsible for developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring
excellent service delivery while driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development Management:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and implement strategic business plans
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
• Create and present business proposals
• Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Service Management:
• Oversee service delivery and customer support operations
• Ensure high standards of customer service
• Develop and implement service improvement initiatives
• Monitor and analyze service metrics
• Handle escalated customer issues
Team Leadership:
• Manage and mentor business development and service teams
• Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations
• Provide training and development opportunities
• Foster a customer-centric culture
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of business development experience
• 3+ years of service management experience
• Proven track record in sales and account management
Skills Required:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic planning and analytical capabilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA or relevant advanced degree
• Industry-specific certifications
• Experience with service optimization tools

Working Conditions:
• Full-time position
• Some travel required (15-25%)
