Job Description

Scope / A munkakör célja:

This role controlls the logistics activities from Material Availability till customer delivery, including open order monitoring through destination checking till the outbound transportation and customs activities within the EMEA region ES (Engineered Systems) related shipment, delivered on Sales Order or Intercompany Purchase Orders.
This role owns and supports the logistics activities for the manufacturing plant located in Oroszlany but can as well include other ES manufacturing plants within the region and the direct shipments from other poles into the EMEA region.
The role mainly works with the following teams: Planning, Customer Service, PSI, Manufacturing, Engineering, Global Sourcing and the Commercial team.

Tasks and responsibilities / Feladatok és felelősségek:

·  Main support on road issues and India’s orders
·  Organization of export shipments
·  Preparation of documents (pack list, invoice, CMR, etc.)
·  Arranging customs clearance with an export broker
·  Organise and coordinate road, air and courier shipments within EU
·  Organise and coordinate ocean and air shipments to India
·  Spot Quote requests for ad-hoc road transports and India
·  Cooperate with planning department, warehouses, customer service, sales
·  Organize export shipments to India either through Rate Desk supported spot quotes or by tendered partners
·  Issue proforma and commercial invoice for indian shipments
·  Cooperate with Regions (like India) logistics team about open orders to be shipped
·  Meet the specific customer requests like renting euqipments to ease the unloading process (such as pallett trucks, fork-lift, etc.)
·  Calculate estimated transport costs for sales teams on demand
·  Communicate with local and external warehouses on daily basis
·  Close relationship with sales and CSC members
·  Use different tools and platforms used in Veolia logistics like PES, TradeVia, HIVE, Iris, Envista, Serrala
·  Audit and approve freight invoices
·  Maximize On-Time-Delivery KPI metric (OTC – On Time to Confirmation)
·  Cooperate with other departments in all logistics related issues
·  Track shipments till completion and report tracking information to related parties
·  Support and cooperate on freight tenders
·  Understand and analyze the current global transportation issues
·  Be up to date with Road Market trends with special focus on prices and providers
·  Be first point of contact in Road Transport related cost saving or optimization project
·  Be key user of SAP Delivery section

 

Qualifications

Required education and experience / Szükséges végzettség és tapasztalat:

Essential

·  Bachelor degree in Economics – preferably in Logistics specialization
·  Minimum of 1 years Logistics and International Trade experience (incoterms, customs regulations…)
·  Solid understanding of global transportation modes and process
·  Active Business English and Hungarian communication skills oral and written;
·  Self-confident, cooperative, reliable, accurate,
·  Able to work with fixed deadlines and in changing environment;
·  Having good communication skills;
·  Good team worker
