·  Expediting & Follow up on order execution & logistics related issues  OA receipt , Payment terms & delivery dates, shipping & customs clearance.
·  Preparation of Letters of credit and tracking their issuance with banks. 
·  Reporting delivery & shipping status updates for all issued Purchase Orders
·  Handling Nafeza transactions with the customs clearing agents.
·  Manage all communication with team members and ensure compliance to timeframe and quality

Qualifications

3-7 years experience

Commercial or Logistics background.

Support the implementation of QHSE Management System as per standards( Quality management system ISO  9001: 2015, Environment management system ISO 14001: 2015 and Safety Management system ISO 45001: 2018) while performing his work.
