Job Description
Are you passionate about creating a positive employee experience and driving HR excellence? We are seeking a versatile and dedicated HR Generalist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support various HR functions, contribute to employee engagement initiatives, and play a key role in our organization's growth and success.
As our HR Generalist, you will be involved in a wide range of HR activities, from onboarding to employee relations and performance management. Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and provide exceptional customer service will be crucial in supporting our employees and managers across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers
• Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and goal-setting
• Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives
• Contribute to HR reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with other HR team members on special projects and initiatives
• Assist in coordinating training and development programs
• Support compliance with labor laws and regulations
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
· 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role
· Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Fluent in both Hungarian and English
· Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
· Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
· Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on HR trends
