Job Description
• Maintain and manage HR information systems
• Generate and analyze HR-related reports and statistics
• Assist with work permit application for international employees
• Manage payroll processes
• Administer company and statutory benefits
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Contribute to company documents such as social reports, gender equality, training reports, etc.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with more than 2 years of working experience
- Good English language skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using various software and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
