Job Description

GENERAL FUNCTION (PURPOSE OF POSITION)

·  Responsible for delivering and/or collecting goods as per delivery orders

TASKS

Technical

·  Deliver goods on time based on delivery order
·  Upload goods upon the truck
·  Check that all goods are in order before every delivery
·  Ensure the vehicle is in good condition
·  Inspect goods received are in order and in good condition as per delivery order
·  Follow traffic rules and regulations when delivering goods

Management

·  Optimize operation cost through efficient delivery planning  

Safety

·  Apply the Safety procedures for operations bound to their activities

Quality

·  Apply the Quality procedures for operations bound to their activities

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

Education

·  Secondary 

Others (License/Certificates)

·  Class 3 and 4 license

 

Additional Information

EXPERIENCE EXPECTED 

·  Fresh graduates accepted? No

·  3 - 5 year(s) of experience in delivery 

COMPETENCIES EXPECTED (Maximum 8 in total)

Technical 

·  Good knowledge of local country’s roads and locations (Level 4 - Proficient)
·  Ability to carry heavy goods up to 25kg (Level 3 - Competent)
·  Ability to converse, read and understand basic English (Level 3 - Competent

·  Dependability (Level 3 - Competent)
·  Communication (Level 3 - Competent)
