Job Description

Must-Have Requirements
1. Able to draft "As-Built" drawings to meet project schedule and submittal
requirement using AutoCAD software
2. Able to build the model of frames, equipment and piping and extract General
Arrangement drawing using 3D Modelling softwares like Solidworks
3. Prepare Structural and Pipe Stress Analysis package including weight datasheet.
4. Competent to develop material requisitions , Review supplier technical offers and
prepare techno commercial bid evaluation tabs.

Good To Have Requirements (That Supports future Career progression in the Role)
1. Knowledge on ASME B31.3 Process Piping Code /B 31.1 Power Piping Code
2. Able to prepare Skid 3D Model based on Basic Engineering documents using 3D
Modelling softwares.
3. .Perform Pipe support span length calculation and review 3D Model. Performing
stress analysis with simple load cases & combinations, Pipe Support
Selection. Participate in 3D model reviews from concept to completion and know
the concept of flexibility in pipe routing.
4. Competent to lead a group of engineers as the Lead Skid Engineer, expertise to
assist shop problem solving during manufacturing.- Proficient holistic approach
for customer specification, schedule, budget and productivity and collaborate with
multiple discipline.

Experience:

Maximum 3-10 years’ Experience of mechanical design in Water, Power , Oil and Gas or
related Industry.

Qualifications

Engineering Degree/Diploma – Mechanical / Experience in Mechanical Engineering
Maximum 3-10 years’ Experience of mechanical design in Water, Power , Oil & Gas or
related Industry.
