We have an exceptional opportunity to join ELGA Labwater, part of Veolia, Water Tech, where
you'll play a crucial role in driving our laboratory water purification solutions.
Job Description
Your mission:
Drive regional sales growth of ELGA's premium laboratory water purification systems while
providing valuable market intelligence and product development insights.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for ELGA's complete pure water solution portfolio,
including PURELAB, CENTRA, and MEDICA product lines.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, focusing on research institutions, pharmaceutical
companies, and healthcare facilities to achieve revenue targets.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field (Master's/MBA preferred)
· Extensive sales experience in the scientific/lab equipment industry
· Strong technical knowledge of pure water principles and the ELGA product range
· Understanding of laboratory workflows and key instrumentation drivers
· Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce would be an advantage)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
· Knowledge of finance metrics, typically bookings, revenue & margins
· Experience in sales forecasting and budget management
· Business-conscious and commercially astute
· Fluent in English, with additional European languages being a plus
Key Competencies:
· Strong balance of sales hunting and account management skills
· Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
· Experience managing third-party channels and global accounts
· Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
· Expertise in strategic sales planning and business development
· Experience working in international markets
· Strong communication skills to drive collaboration across regional and national teams
· Ability to secure and manage high-value international deals
