Job Description

·  Carry out on-site service visits to the clients, follow the visit schedules.
·  Provide routine support to the Sales team in the site observation and optimisation.
·  Sampling, testing and reporting the system water samples.
·  Check and Inspect the Chemical dosing systems
·  Site chemical inventory management and report to the management for the re-ordering
·  Interpret the data and provide written recommendations to ensure the treatments are as per the requirement. 
·  Provide technical support to customers; identify, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting and escalating as required
·  Prepare Technical reports
·  Prepare written reports, and or soft copy reports.
·  Assist Sales team with plant surveys, start-up of the new accounts and applications
·  Follow Veolia safety standards and incident reporting.

Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering  or equivalent in Chemistry
·  2-5 years of Service in water treatment chemicals application in Reverse Osmosis, Boiler, Cooling Systems, Waste water 
·  Excellent communication skills
·  Experience in Computers (Google Suits, MS Office etc..)
·  Valid GCC driving licence (Qatar licence preferred)
