Job Description

Responsible for water treatment solution sales in light industries in GuangDong province.

· 
Identify business opportunities; Maintain customer relationship through value-added services.

· 
Develop and execute territory sales plan to drive topline growth.

· 
Integrate sales strategy with regional situation to maximize Veolia's share in marketplace. 

· 
Work in a matrix environment with product management, commercial operation, engineering and technical support.  

· 
Ensure all opportunities meet VWTS business objectives for profitability and assess the commercial and technical viability of the project. Determine and assess all risks, including financial, environmental, legal, political, etc.   

· 
Recommend the appropriate structure for the project to company, including the need for local equity partners, structure of the construction contract, and O&M (operation & maintenance) aspects of the project.

· 
Ensure a smooth transition of all activities to the implementation team.

Qualifications

· 
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in chemistry/chemical engineering/environment engineering, or related field.

· 
At least 1-2 years’ work experience as sales in water treatment or related industries.

· 
Strong business development, marketing and customer relations skills, proved resume in NBD/ customers handling.

· 
Excellent communication/sales skills.

· 
Strong ability to work independently (commercial & technical capacity).

· 
Great team player.

· 
Good analytical skills - both technical and financial.

· 
Good compliance spirit.

· 
Fair command of English and Cantonese languages.

Desired:

· 
Extensive industry experience. 

· 
Hands-on service experience in chemistry and engineering systems. 

· 
Good career track record.

· 
Good experience in water treatment solutions would be a plus.

· 
Good experience in specialty treatment chemicals in light industries would be a plus.

· 
Good experience in KAM and project management would be a plus.
